Sea Union International Logistics ( Hong Kong ) Ltd. - Sales coordinator

Working：0-2 years
Education：Non-Degree Tertiary
Salary：Salary negotiable

Duties:

-To prepare the monthly shipping schedule, quotation
-To modify the filing system in sales department such as consignee list, shipper list, account profiles, buying rate list etc.
-To be the indoor sales and customer service.
-To prepare the monthly sales performance report.
-To prepare the presentation for special project.
-To take care VIP accounts.
-To respond the enquiry to overseas agents.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in logistics with 1-2years related working experience preferable (Fresh graduate will also beconsidered)
Good written and oral English and Mandarin. (other foreign languages will be an advantage)
Good communication & interpersonal skill.
Responsible, self-motivated,well-organized, hardworking and willing to learn
Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Sea Union International Logistics ( Hong Kong ) Ltd. - Accounts and Administrative Clerk

Education：Non-Degree Tertiary

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily accountingoperation, data input and filing
Handle daily transactions of AccountsPayables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) and cash flow monitoring report
Assist in daily accounting operation andmonth-end closing
Handle general clerical works andadministrative duties
Other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting with 1-2years accounting working experience preferable (Fresh graduate will also beconsidered)
Responsible, self-motivated,well-organized, hardworking and willing to learn
Good command in written & spokenEnglish and Chinese (other foreign languages will be an advantage)

Good written and oral English and Mandarin
Familiar with Inter-Asia and Japan markets
Presentable with good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Able to develop own clients base
